Well, well, well the DPP has decided to appeal the court finding that it is perfectly legal to use the term #ToryScum (in this case about Iain Duncan Smith).
Given the lack of ability to secure convictions in rape & domestic violence cases, and the travails around #legalaid, one might wonder whether this is a good use of public money?
