Strava users, that fitness trend thingy. What is it with that? I hate it. It's totally unhelpful and I think quite inaccurate too. My garmin has my Vo2max and overall fitness holding steady, while strava has it dropping off a cliff. My "fitness" even declines when I take rest days between massive efforts and right now while I'm recovering from injury it's really bad for my mental health. How do I hide it from my feed? Any way to switch it off?
