Um, I'm not sure I can agree, since we're experiencing some version of that right now in this conversation. My instance has yours silenced because of past spam problems. I have to switch to an alt account on dot social to be sure I'm seeing most of the replies to my own posts.
And if nothing changes, that's how it would go with P92, also. Mods and admins will use the only tools they have to moderate their spaces, and those tools suck. They deepen and exaggerate the existing fractures.
