I agree with your point, however, the average user might not distinguish between these two and hence perceive #Nostr as "cryptobro space", when all they might see during their first few minutes on the platform is #zaps, #btc, and #whenlambo.

It also appears that even people who appeared to have initially be in for the technology that powers #Nostr, like Snowden (nprofile…kx2h), have now become relatively detached from the platform. I'm hence wondering if the community on #Nostr is maybe going down the wrong path.
