"content": "Customized ASICs for CPU/PPU/glue is not too out there for an early-90's console design in my mind. The ability to (if you really got fancy) support a couple different \"app\" cpus (6502/65816/Z80/etc) would be fun too and I feel like keeping the programming model and ISA \"realistic\" is plenty. Having everything be DIPs or whatnot or run at 5V is certainly not essential at least to my way of thinking, but obviously opinions vary.",
