I swear, if a YouTube channel uploads a scheduled video related to other videos on the channel you've seen, YouTube itself will start "silently pre-promoting" it to you ahead of time.
For example, 2 months ago I came across 2 of a 3-part series which I liked, with the third part "coming soon". Yesterday YouTube said "hey, want to watch these again?", and just a few minutes ago the third part came out.
