Working on Retcon has taught me so many valuable lessons:
• Starting the project, thinking I'd be done in a few months, taught me I'm bad at scoping
• Doing a complete rewrite of the diff UI taught me I'm bad at scoping
• Adding the last finishing touches on the app—that took 8 months—taught me I'm bad at scoping
• Designing the (upcoming!) website then implementing it—with a friend's generous help—taught me I'm bad at scoping
Gee, I wonder what I'll learn next
