Disappointed that I, like many overseas voters, will be unable to vote on Thursday in the UK general election. Despite registering on time postal ballots have not been sent in sufficient time for most overseas voters this election. Unlike other countries that allow pre-poll, absentee, or even online voting, UK has stuck with some rather antiquated rules with the result that many are disenfranchised.
