That people are surprised that women who are victims of sexual violence would want a woman-only support service is bizarre.

Then again, apparently domestic violence is most likely in same-sex female households. My guess is that while it is technically domestic violence it is less likely to be life-threatening than the 6'2" guy pounding the 5'3" unfaithful hottie.
