Nostr doesn't win when it's easy for "normies" to use. It wins when everyday people can easily build & run their own stack.
I want to be able to go to Walmart and buy a little relay box like I would a roku stick. Bring it home, plug it in, turn it on, pick a few settings & plug its name into one app.
