I'd argue you've actually "had enough" of bad movies made purely to cash in on memories.

It's like when every movie/TV show had it's own video game adaptation in the 90s/2000s: they were almost universally garbage and gained a well-deserved notoriety, with only a handful actually being more than simple churned out shovelware. Films are no different.
