this is one of the reasons why people tell you not to use cloudflare on an instance -- cloudflares firewall/WAF is incredibly intolerant to just about any traffic. but if you write some simple rules federation is fine. I dont know what he's got setup, maybe he can set his firewall up to bypass specific IPs and whitelist everything, or maybe useragent or whatever. but as it stands this wont work. poast is just dropping everyting because its not a reply its just ddos shit
