Therapy was canceled unexpectedly today, but I stepped away from work at the scheduled time and am taking a mental health break from work as alternate therapy. Decided to fire up some tunes, and landed on The Well, my playlist for deep-diving into tranquil reflection and stillness of self. It's basically what I would use for background when getting a massage, but with a tone that can sometimes suggest the bigness and, at times, not-all-bright-ness of Life, the Universe, and Everything. Needed 👍
