I knew this guy who has ruined every relationship he'd ever been in by being a serial over-explainer, who feels the need to craft elaborate narratives to justify the weird, neurotic shit he did. The women were always far more turned off by his snivelling, slippery attitude than any of his actual bad behaviour.
