Man I don't know if it's the jet lag, the 30 hours travel, the release after spending two exhausting months with the inlaws, the 150mg of pregabalin, the marriage issues, but the first day back home feels unreal. I have dissociated and feel like I'm a zombie controlled at the third person.
No more pregabalin when I'm very physically and mentally tired, got it.
