I've been making several batches of eggplant chutney, cauliflower chutney, tapenade, orange marmalade, etc., etc. Trying to get the recipes right. I bring jars to the local watering hole to give to friends and get feedback.
It was suggested today that I should seriously quit my day job and do this gig for real. Open a chutney and condiments cooperative. It is a tempting prospect and if my currently pending grant application is turned down, worth considering.
