I should say I've played with the mouse-following mode on screen readers and yes it's certainly doable, if a little chaotic, I would imagine not so many use that as a first preference.
Florian (npub1gly…x4dg) I know you've dipped into using the mouse and all kinds of other methods like OCR of the image on screen, when the accessibility of a page is poor - are there situations where you might have defaulted to the mouse first?
Is it another world entirely when you're gaming?
