There are clearly at least two sides. One is against rights, democracy and self rule. One is for the status quo. Another is for expending rights and access. The problem is that the constitution and the rules they use are designed to protect the status quo. When you look at a state like Minnesota where the DFL (Democratic Farmer Labor Party) now hold all branches of government you see bills passed that help people and move the state forward.",
