i have almost finished backporting all the new features that i'd added to the refactored version
not quite there yet, doesn't seem to be saving the new configuration to the database and unlocking access
in other news, #mochi the #catstr is going for his dental surgery tomorrow, and i gave him the gabapentin that the vet gave me to give him prior to the op, one dose at night, one dose in the morning, mixed in hot water and sprayed into his mouth with a syringe (it's cold by then so yeah) and he is definitely less reactive such as picking him up and holding him in my arms, he's not scrambling to get off, so that's nice, he'll be real easy.to work with
