This year, despite whatever DOGE and Trump may do, the US government will borrow an additional $7,000 or so for each person in the country...at a rate of at least 4%.
Think you or anyone will ever pay it off with taxes? Or the other $100k or so they owe for each person?
Those extra dollars end up in assets. Stocks, bonds, real estate - these all have limits on how much people will pay for them. Hard money, gold and bitcoin, really have no limit. They absorb the extra liquidity.
