How long will it take people, and that includes most reporters, too, to realize that Trump is simply a sociopathic maniac? You cannot judge his actions and behavior by ordinary standards because sociopaths are not like most people. You cannot shame him nor can you reason with him. All sociopaths understand is restraint--such as prison--or having all their money taken away from them. That's how you have to deal with them.
