-the biggest mass produced solid state battery is currently for watch sized devices and 100x more expensive than li-ion.
-Toyota totally missed the boat on BEVs and battery tech, so they need to spread FUD (fear, uncertainty, doubt)
-their numbers are too fantastical. You only need a product that's marginally better than your competitors. Anything more is wasted profit.
So I call BS on them having anything beyond a hand made sample in a lab.
