If you have any canning questions, I would be happy to help. I started the Canning & Preserving group on the blab. I've been canning for about thirty years. I've been freezing my tomato sauce for several years. I put the sauce in gallon freezer bags, and I freeze them flat on a cookie sheet, and stack them in the freezer. I'm getting lazy in my old age.
