As the Dossier found out, only part of the money for PMCs actually comes from Crimea. It turned out that in the fall of last year, the VTB Country charity fund transferred at least 200 million rubles to the Convoy account. The total amount of "donations" to the organization is estimated at 423.7 million rubles. Probably, they were issued as passing through the program "Patriotism and Traditions of the Country".
