Collaboration is at the heart of creating an ecosystem, a new industry…
Think back to the early days of FOSS (Free and Open Source Software).
Interestingly FOSS is still thriving today!
In fact, the very notion and foundation of blockchain (aka a timechain such as Bitcoin, but not exclusively BTC) is rooted in the open source movement.
So is #nostr and its many apps (ecosystem 😉)
And that’s the take away for #business leaders.
#Leadership tends to isolate itself…in particular specific leaders themselves have this tendency….
It’s easy to make silos, harder to create community.
When, if we want a thriving team, a thriving department, a business unit…heck the business itself!!!
…often times the way to succeed is through building a collaborative ecosystem…
Now what constitutes an ecosystem? What’s at its core?
Relationships!
Which brings us full circle to:
