Anarchism is about freedom *AND* consequences.
What you advocate are rights and responsibilities. Rights have to be granted by an authority and can be revoked at any time and for no good reason. Rights come with responsibilities, like "civility" which is really subjugation. This is not freedom.
Civility precludes the proper response to fascists. "Democracy" as a state institution is no barrier to fascism, and the power that you insist others must have over us is left wide open for the taking by fascists.
