SCOTUS has ruled that the president is immune to prosecution in Law for any action taken while president.
Therefore the President can disband SCOTUS , Senate and Congress, because the only place to prevent this is a constitutional hearing in a court of law.
But the president is immune to any legal action....
It would be legal (not moral, or ethical) but totally legal.
