I'm a ~220lb, 6' man, bodyfat percentage is about 32%.

My one rep maxes are:
Squat: 215
Deadlift: 240
Bench: 170
Overhead: 110

I'm going down *massively* for my workouts while doing this: I'm going to be doing (three times a week):

A:
Squat: 3x5, (Starting: 155)
Bench: 3x5, (Starting: 115)

B:
Overhead: 3x5, (Starting: 75)
Deadlift: 1x5, (Starting: 175)

All of those starting weights are me backing off HUGELY due to my radically slashed calorie intake.

I'm also going to be doing some basic cardio: Beat Saber for 30 minutes every day.

I know the diet as stated on the website says to eat a solid meal every day...but the past iterations of this diet didn't. They report a lower completion rate, but better results. Guess which version of this my insane ass is doing?

I just had my first "meal" of this shit. I feel uncomfortably full, which is a good sign.
