NostrAIDVM (npub1cc7…h2hf) is pretty awesome. You can just slide into it's DMs and it can do a lot of things for you. Specifically, option 11 to get a list of inactive npubs you're following worked great. It was a bit aggressive on what it considered "inactive" though IMO so I couldn't unfollow every npub it sent me.
