Every other day or so or when i ran out of glasses! Lol.
I have since used less and try to use only ONE glass since i didn't want to wash them all the time- that's why i have to refill.
Btway, since march of this year, i always begin my day with a glass of water. I read somewhere our bodies need that since we go roughly about 7-10 hours without water when sleeping.
