Miraculously, I managed to go to the store for bread this afternoon without being shot or raped! Crazy, I know. I was hesitant after being gunned down and raped last week when I went for bread, but I'm glad I took the chance. I was in desperate need of toast, and I couldn't hold out another day. I resigned myself to getting shot and raped, thinking as long as I was able to get the bread the ravaging would be worth it. I feel like I won the lottery!
