Bitcoin conversation happens mainly in english. But not everybody in the world speaks english. In fact, I always have some hard times while speaking it. I can communicate and learn, but this is something that not everybody is prepared to do. A secondary language is something critical for modern societies, but in developing countries, it's not that easy to have it.
