Your best bet would be to take a personal loan getting just as good of a rate or better with none of the risk. or wait until the space becomes more competitive and you get rates like 2 to 3%. Unless of course you have issues with your credit score in which case you might not be the best person to be taking out a loan in the first place. But maybe there is an example where this is beneficial? Again, I love the content, keep up the good work!
