AFAIK people in South Lebanon were told to evacuate around 6am and bombed at 11 am, there's a mass exodus ongoing, but too late, lot of casualties. It's quite nasty. Death toll keeps rising.
I doubt I'd get as far as the Forth Bridge between 6am and 11am and that's with a grab bag and no other belongings.
