So Labour, no doubt suggesting this is all about local decisions, has said it will support Councils bringing in 20mph speed limits & low traffic neighbourhoods, should they choose.
Any funding will be subject to the Autumn budget, so it'll be interesting to see whether this is one of the measures that steers round Reeves' 'rock' of fiscal probity, or whether the support offered is merely 'political'.
Expect a lot of yelping about a 'war on motorists' too, of course!
