To me, she sounds like a liar who is doing a fairly good job of lying about who broke the lamp, but you know that the dolly didn't do it.
In my country, a bunch of politicians have a dumb flat tone, that sound a bit like a farmer, I hear it as fake rural tone. Others hear it as genuine.
