The ‘Rule of Law’ depends on the people wielding it and everyone else’s buy-in.
It does not exist in a vacuum.
There’s no ‘Rule of Law’ lightning bolt that’s going to strike down ‘Rule of Law’ breakers.
We’re always going to have bad people who do what they can to screw over those who believe in the ‘Rule of Law.’
And they’ve created too many ‘rules’ within the ‘Rule of Law’ devaluing the concept.
