I’ve tried a bunch of things like this over the years with no measurable differences however the best product I’ve ever used is grounding sheets, pricey but well worth it - we stopped getting our nightly headaches and even blind tested once when we thought it was plugged in and we got headaches but it wasn't plugged in lol. Can’t live without them here the building has a gazillion massive antennas one floor away.
