There’s a lot going on in these graphs, but the one that always jumps out at me is the tiny bit at the bottom: there were around 1 billion people on the planet in 1820.
Roughly 200 years later, there are now around 8 billion.
That’s just an…insane amount of growth, considering humans have been around *so much longer* than that.
