we currently track Streaming SATs every second. We need to do this with Wallet Switching (VTS). So when a live or recorded show plays a music track, we need to know the exact second this happens in order to switch payments.
The other use case where per second tracking and payments needs to occur are with boosting comments on a live show so the host gets the information in a timely manner.
However a boost to a recorded show does not have to be as timely. It could be sent later.
