Silicon Valley types love the term "bikeshedding".
The funny thing is that a literal spot to securely park my bike is a must-have for me, and is something I explicitly ask about in every job interview. Not having one is a dealbreaker (unless it's a full-remote job).
Try saying "carparking" instead of "bikeshedding". It's the 21st century, let's act like it.
