Spent a long weekend with my fam and now my BG is high with crazy insulin resistance. Increased my basal rate, insulin:carb ratio, and correction factor by 2x this morning to try and rein it back in. Tested negative for COVID last night, but will continue to push fluids and monitor for symptoms.
