Sometimes it's trust, not verify.
We can't verify something we don't fully understand.
And we aren't here to try and understand everything.
We all have different skill sets.
My guess is 90% + of people commenting on op_return are mostly clueless, technically, and are taking a side based on some sort of bias. Which I have no problem with. My gut tells me what I need to know. If we are node runners that are mostly clueless on this tech, we have to decide somehow. But let's be honest. How many of us actually know the tech well enough to make an "informed" decision?
#asknostr Is intuition not useful information to some extent? How do I choose a mechanic (pun intended), if I don't know cars? I think the same applies here. I don't even know the inner workings on how bitcoin works very well and yet I put my whole lifes savings into it by investing in solar, land, and miners. Why? Because it feels right. 🤷
