So if you take photos in an activist context without asking permission, you risk being looked upon with suspicion. Even more so if you publish photos or footage from them, without obscuring any faces you might capture. Even if you're a journalist or archivist, taking photos at a totally public event, for professional or even sympathetic reasons.
