"content": "I am thinking 'at a global scale' given that the world is a closed system. True that \"many populations did not experience the growth\" but the other side of the problem is that those that did \"us the western world\" grew SO much exploiting ( and preventing ) the growth of others. Now I think \"if others would like to grow to the west level\" this is plain impossible because to be where we are we took the resources of them. So I think \"there's a downgrade needed\" CONT.",
