Need Advice
I take multiple meds with “dry mouth” as a side effect. I cannot even begin to convey precisely *how dry* this means.
It doesn’t matter how much water I drink before bed, or through the day. and if I wake up in the middle of the night with dry mouth no amount of water makes it stop for long.
Imagine *actually* stuffing your mouth with cotton balls and tissue and how that would soak up everything. I think it’s drier than that. It’s the fucking weirdest thing.
Is there like a “mouth moisturizer”? Should I be chewing on aloe vera? Gargle with olive oil? I would love to find a solution because this shit is really uncomfortable.
