Had to get rid of PiHole, as its DHCP and DNS services were for some reason causing network slowdowns
Buuuut there's something more. The network is fine, but sometimes, the whole Plasma starts lagging and slowing down. And this drags the NIC with it, increasing ping times and slowing the speed. It's not AS BAD as it was, but it's still pretty bad (dropping from 1 Gbps to 6 Mbps).
But now I'm positive, there's something on the line of system<->hardware<->Plasma, that's causing the lag
