I've got a cancer clinic appointment in two weeks that might result in me getting signed off, and might not
One of the things I find it hard to talk about with folk who haven't done this is the way you need to kind of hold two possibilities in your mind, and be ready to accept whichever one you get
At any moment there are so many things that could happen to you, but having an illness with a managed pathway forces you to conceive of them in a way that doesn't make for typical conversations lol
