sourcenode (nprofile…3wct). Though I did try and slept on the floor for a few days. The first couple nights, I moved back to my bed, and after that I could make it through the whole night. But in terms of benefits like reduced back pain and stuff, the results were about the same as sleeping on my bed since I already have relatively good sleeping posture.
