The participants had low testosterone at the beginning of the study and there was a strong upswing in both groups plus a notable decrease in free T, implying a significant change in SHBG for both groups that is unaccounted for. In addition, neither group saw an increase in creatinine. This is insane. Creatine, even moreso than protein converts to the waste product creatinine in the body. Supplementation should always cause some kind of rise in creatinine. This small study out of Iran is very questionable. https://doi.org/10.1080/15502783.2025.2495229
